If there is an issue with the product you received, or if you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or return.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging as it was shipped to you.
Please note: As many of our products are custom printed to your specifications, returns may not be accepted for items that were produced correctly according to the approved artwork and order details. Returns are generally limited to cases involving printing defects, damage, or incorrect orders.
Refunds
At Ink Pulse Print, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality printed products. Every item is carefully inspected for defects and packaged with care before dispatch to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.
In rare cases, a product you have selected may be unavailable due to stock or inventory issues, or may not pass our quality checks. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and cancel the affected order. If you paid via an online payment method, a full refund will be issued once our team has confirmed the cancellation.
We conduct thorough quality checks before dispatching all orders and take great care with packaging to minimise the risk of damage during delivery. Please note that Ink Pulse Print is not liable for damage that occurs during transit or transportation.
Once we receive your returned product, we will review it against the conditions outlined above. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account — we will notify you once it has been issued.
Shipping
Ink Pulse Print does not cover return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses, including for items that were originally shipped free of charge.
