How it works

1. Send the idea. Tell us what you want to create and which footwear style you’re considering.
2. Share your artwork. If you already have artwork, send the highest-quality version available. If you only have a concept, describe it clearly and we’ll tell you what is practical.
3. Confirm the details. We’ll work through footwear choice, artwork placement and any important production limitations before an order proceeds.
4. Approve before production. Custom work should only move forward once the design and order details are agreed.

Artwork & rights

You must have the right to use any artwork, logo, character, photograph, trademark or other material you provide for a custom order. We may decline designs that appear to infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights or that are not suitable for production.
